Public Justice Internship 2023-2024

By Citizens for Public Justice

CPJ no longer accepts applications for our 2023-2024 Public Justice Internship Program. Please check back here in Feb/Mar 2024.

CPJ’s Public Justice Internship Program provides a university graduate with the opportunity to explore the meaning of public justice and join us in Ottawa for a one-year paid internship. From September 2023 to August 2024, an intern will assist CPJ in our work on climate justice, refugee and migrant rights, poverty in Canada, or some combination of the three.

CPJ is open to considering an online/remote placement upon the candidate’s request. Space is available, however, at our office in Ottawa.

The Public Justice Intern is actively engaged in a variety of work with CPJ staff, including research, policy analysis, meeting with MPs and political staff, as well as engaging with CPJ members, the media, and other members of civil society.
